How long will my order take to arrive?

Typical delivery time is 7–10 working days from the date of your order. All orders are shipped globally via DHL courier service for reliable and trackable delivery.


I have different sized feet or an extra wide foot—can you still supply me?

Absolutely. All Bown shoes are made to order, so we can accommodate your custom sizing needs. Simply add your specific requirements in the comments box when placing your order.


What happens if my shoes do not fit correctly or I have another issue?

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our business.

If your shoes need resizing (half a size or a full size up/down), or if there is a defect requiring attention, we’ll be happy to remake or rectify your order using your existing design. Please note:

  • If you would like a completely new design, you will need to place a new order.

  • We cannot accept returns for shoes that have been worn.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact us at hello@bownoflondon.com to initiate your exchange.

  2. Return the original shoes to Bown of London at your own expense.

  3. Once we receive your return, we will remake the shoes in your updated size or correct any identified issues.

  4. Your remade order will be shipped free of charge within 7 working days.


Can I return my order for a full refund if I don’t like my chosen design?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for shoes that have been custom-made to your selected design, size, and colour. These items are non-resalable due to their bespoke nature.
